I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at the V Hotel, and it was truly a unique experience. After a seamless check-in-no deposit needed, which is always a plus-I was immediately struck by the strategic location. Nestled in the city, it's just a stone's throw from a vibrant spectrum of dining options, including the enticing Akob Patin House, where I indulged in a delectable meal of tempoyak fish, deliciously spicy and perfectly paired with fragrant rice. The hotel offers modern amenities, including a generous mini-fridge and a well-organized 24-hour front desk that made my late-night hunger pangs easier to manage. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring. I particularly appreciated the high water pressure in the restroom and the excellent security measures, which added an extra layer of comfort during my stay. The establishment provides free WiFi access, which I found very convenient for sharing my landscape photography with friends back in Ireland. The V Hotel is a peaceful haven for food enthusiasts and travelers alike-definitely worth considering if you're exploring the local culinary scene.
